An artist needs appreciation as much as his fees. I got a few appreciations and awards along the way for rekindling commercialisation of lost art forms. Motivation boosted me to do more, be more. I was facing the fear of homelessness, that every unmarried tenant faces in the face of an unregularized market. I created Flat And flatmates India.
